Consuela has more than 20 years of leadership, project management and organizational development experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Consuela has designed, implemented, and evaluated TTA materials, assisting organizations with capacity building knowledge and resources. She has strong skills in leading, designing, and evaluating programs; and establishing collaborative partnerships. Consuela acquired a Bachelor in Sociology and Master of Public Administration. She is currently attending Georgia State University to obtain a PhD in Sociology. A proud mother of two amazing sons, she loves reading, sewing, and taking the time to appreciate nature’s beauty.

Anthony Conceicao is a skilled project manager with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency. His background spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, where he has played a key role in managing large-scale initiatives, optimizing workflows, and delivering measurable impact.
Anthony specializes in building strong partnerships, aligning teams toward shared goals, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. He is passionate about community-centered work and takes pride in supporting programs that create lasting change.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys exploring new cities, diving into music production, and connecting with people over good food and better conversation. He brings curiosity, humor, and focus to everything he does—and is always ready for the next challenge.

Project Assistant

Policy and Grants Associate
Priscilla Gant is a Policy & Grants Associate at the Georgia Community Action Association, supporting efforts to fight poverty and enhance community well-being. She monitors legislation, conducts policy analysis, researches grants, drafts proposals, and assists with advocacy materials and events. Priscilla is pursuing a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Law & Society at Georgia State University, maintaining a 4.17 GPA and President’s List honors (minimum 4.0 GPA each semester). Her experience includes work as a Project Assistant for GCAA and an internship at a family law firm as well as strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Priscilla aspires to become a family lawyer.
